Elisabetta Mutty

Born in Padora, Italy, Elisabetta Mutty travelled to Cambridge to study in 1987.   She met her husband and continued to stay.  Under the tutelage of Katherine Firth Elisabetta's love of painting has grown over the last 30 years.

Elisabetta is a full time painter with an impressionist style and a contemporary twist. Painting mainly in oils, her subject matter can range from still life to landscape and seascape.

She draws particular inspiration from the landscape of her native home close to the Dolomites and the riverside scenes around her Cambridgeshire home.  Pears are one of her favorite subjects and they appear in many of her still life paintings.

Elisabetta is a member of the Cambridge Drawing Society.
